cancellations and refunds

For all custom projects, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required to book. The remaining balance is due once we head into production. This initial payment secures your spot on our calendar and covers the time and care that goes into designing your suite. Because we take on a limited number of clients each season, holding a date means turning away other work—so the retainer is non-refundable.

If you decide to cancel your order before we begin production, no further payment will be required (as long as no additional design work has been added to your package). Once the suite has been sent to print,
all payments are final and non-refundable.
