FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • A fully custom suite is just that, fully custom and specifically designed from scratch to reflect your day’s vision. Our semi-custom collection on the other hand, is a collection of designs that can be customized through colors, wording, embellishments, and additional enhancements to reflect your day’s vision. Just a more established starting point. 

  • There’s no hard rule for how early you can inquire—but the earlier, the better! I only take on a limited number of weddings per year to keep each project thoughtful and hands-on. 

    That said, there’s some flexibility. Whether your wedding is a year away or just a few months out, if it feels like the right fit and we’re both excited about the vision, I’ll always try to make it work. It never hurts to reach out!

    Typically, custom invitation suites take about 3–4 months from start to finish, depending on the time of year. Since most invitations are mailed 10–12 weeks before the wedding, it’s ideal to inquire at least 6 months ahead of your date to stay on track.

  • Yes, I do! I offer save the dates exclusively for brides who book me for their full wedding suite—this helps keep everything cohesive from start to finish.

    Save the dates are an add-on to my base package, so if you’re interested, just mention it when you inquire and I’ll include that in your custom quote.

    If you're hoping to send save the dates, you’ll want to reach out even earlier—ideally 8–10 months before your wedding date—to make sure there’s plenty of time to design and mail them out.

  • So much say. The design process is super collaborative—we’ll work closely together to bring your vision to life in a way that feels uniquely you.

    You’ll receive multiple rounds of digital proofs, and with each one, you’ll have the chance to share feedback and request edits. I’ll revise and refine things as we go until everything feels just right. It’s a fully tailored, personalized experience from start to finish.

  • We don’t currently offer payment plans, but most projects are split into two payments—so you won’t need to pay everything upfront. Typically, a non-refundable design deposit is due at booking to reserve your spot, with the remaining balance due before anything goes to print.

  • Yes! I’m happy to ship your finished suite wherever it needs to go. Just keep in mind that international shipping may require a little extra lead time and cost depending on the destination.

  • My base package includes the core pieces for your wedding suite: invitation card, RSVP card, details card, outer envelope, and RSVP envelope with return address printing. From there, you can add on any extras you’re envisioning—like envelope liners, wax seals, ribbon, specialty printing, save the dates, or day-of paper. Every suite is fully customized, so we’ll build it out based on what you’re needing.
